Project introduction：

The planning orientation of Liuyang City is based on the provincial capital function supporting center of Changsha and Radiation Xiangyu Border Area. The central city is divided into the main urban area and the Jinyang New District in the northwest. The theme orientation is to create the first education and cultural district in Liuyang, the second classroom concept and the dream city of growth and life, and define the Shuijiahu area as a new residential city for education.
