Project introduction：

The project is located in Gaochun District, Nanjing. The design adopted a total of nine business strategies: 1. A complex business model with strong adaptability; 2. An experiential consumer business with a clear theme; 3. A differentiated format; 4. Create a multi-storey commercial space; 5. Active Business lines; 6, create a dynamic business space through different atriums. 7. Commercial squares with appropriate scales; 8. Creating a waterfront urban space; 9. Creating a city image. Combine the nine strategies to form a full-scale, time-based, experiential shopping plaza that integrates regionalized DNA.
