The award-winning conference of the Evergrande Construction Drawing Excellent Design Unit was held
On March 22nd at 2:30 pm, Nanjing Zhongzhe International Engineering Design Co., Ltd. held the awarding ceremony of “Excellent Design Unit of Hengda Zhenjiang Platinum Garden Construction Drawing” in the conference room on the 20th floor of the headquarters.
The leaders of the Evergrande Group Jiangsu Branch, Yin Huadong, Zhou Xiaofeng, and Qi Kai, were invited to give certificates and bonuses to our company.
The construction drawing design project of Hengda Zhenjiang Platinum Garden is 380,000 m2, and the design period is three months.
In the course of the project, our company has been closely cooperating with the local drawing review department and the construction unit. The drawings passed the internal audit and passed the high-level score of 90+.
The bonus issued this time is 101,300 yuan, all the bonuses are issued at one time, and the strict implementation of the bonus issue requirements of Evergrande Group is subject to the personal signature.

At the same time, Mr. Liu announced the list of outstanding designers of Zhenjiang Platinum Garden construction drawing.

In the exchanges between the two sides, everyone talked freely and the atmosphere was warm. In the design cooperation between Evergrande Group and Zhongzhe International, our company has formulated and implemented a series of documents such as “Residential Design Requirements and Standards” and “Design Requirements and Standards for Underground Garages of Residential Areas of Evergrande Real Estate Group” according to the standards of Evergrande Group. To comprehensively promote the deep internationalization and high professionalization of design.
In order to improve the design progress and improve the design quality, Zhongzhe International Technical Quality Department has full-time technical and drawing control, and has corresponding control over the quality of the drawing in the design process, and has set up the Hengda Drawing Quality Group. Taking the Civil Engineering Institute as an example, the director took the lead to study the design standards of Evergrande. The student Li Jing won the first place in the written examination in the training examination organized by Evergrande.
